I’m Stef — Founder of Diamanté Weddings & Events, & your quiet powerhouse behind the scenes. I bring detail, direction, & design together with one purpose: to create a day that feels like you, only more beautiful than you imagined.

The Diamanté Journey

From passion to profession.

My journey began in Melbourne as a Wedding Assistant, working beside some of the industry’s most inspiring creatives. In 2016, I founded Diamanté to bring a personalised, luxury planning experience. After servicing Queensland Wide, I decided to move to Mackay, & expand into Whitsundays & the region.

Diamanté was born from a deep love of celebrating love — & a desire to create an experience where couples feel genuinely cared for every step of the way.

Today, I’m proud to lead a select number of Weddings each year — & now also bring my structure & style to the team at Elementa Whitsundays.

Jade

Wedding Planner & Stylist

Jade is Stef's right-hand woman, with two years creating statement balloon installations for the Mackay community and a genuine love of florals and event styling. She brings a natural eye for design and a hands-on energy to every wedding she's part of. And yes — she's also a fully qualified electrician. Multi-talented doesn't quite cover it.

She lives on a farm, loves a beach day, and spends her downtime scrapbooking and baking. All of it shows up in the warmth and texture she brings to her work.

Wedding Assistant/Coordinator

Megan

Fifteen years in the wedding industry gives you a certain kind of calm under pressure — and Megan has it. A florist for nearly eight years across WA and QLD, she's known for bold, unstructured arrangements where texture and colour do the talking. Her bespoke chalk and mirror signage has been commissioned by The Hilton Perth and top wineries across Swan Valley and Margaret River.

When she's not on-site with Stef, she's running her own floral studio. Off the clock, she's at a rock show or out in nature with her little dog, Pippa.
